Where Expertise Gets Specific.
Anyone can list a few things they’re good at. Fewer manufacturers can actually machine, finish and certify capability across raw materials, movements, components, finished watch types and the industry’s proprietary precious alloys — end to end, without subcontracting the hard part out. Titanium Grade 2
Commercially pure titanium — roughly 40% lighter than steel, fully hypoallergenic, antimagnetic and corrosion-proof through a natural oxide layer. The default for sport and tool watches where weight matters. Machining it without work-hardening or heat damage is its own discipline.

Bronze (Phosphor)
CuSn8-type phosphor bronze is unforgiving to work with — get the alloy or the finishing slightly wrong and the patina reads as accidental instead of intentional. We’ve built a specific process around getting it right, run after run.

Bronze (Aluminium)
Aluminium replaces tin as the main alloying element: harder and more corrosion-resistant than phosphor bronze, with a distinctly golden colour and a slower, more uniform patina. The controlled-ageing option for brands that want the warmth of bronze with more predictability.

Tungsten Carbide
Among the hardest metals used in watchmaking, ranking 9.0–9.5 on the Mohs scale. Machining it without destroying tooling is a specialty in itself — most factories simply won’t take it on — and it holds a mirror polish indefinitely.

Ceramic (Zirconium Oxide)
High-tech ceramic based on zirconium oxide — about four times harder than steel, virtually scratch-proof, with colour that runs through the material rather than sitting on top as a coating. Lightweight and hypoallergenic; brittle under sharp impact.

Precision Case Construction
K9 optical crystal casebacks and case elements — a specialty most manufacturers subcontract out entirely. We cut and polish in-house, for full visual access to the movement without compromising water resistance.

Forged Carbon
Randomly oriented carbon fibres compressed with resin under extreme heat and pressure, producing a marbled texture unique to every case — no two alike. Pioneered by Audemars Piguet for the Royal Oak Offshore; now a fixture of high-end technical watches. Ultra-light, antimagnetic, corrosion-proof.

Bulk Metallic Glass
An amorphous metal alloy with no crystalline grain structure — around three times harder than stainless steel, antimagnetic, and able to bond seamlessly with ceramic for hybrid bezels. It demands tooling and process control entirely different from conventional metals.

Stainless Steel 316L
The industry workhorse — trusted by virtually every major brand for mid-range to premium cases and bracelets. Excellent corrosion resistance, low nickel release and outstanding machinability. Brushed, polished or bead-blasted to spec, dive-rated on every run.

Stainless Steel 1.4435 / 1.4404
The DIN/EN equivalents of AISI 316L, specified by most Swiss and European brands. 1.4435 carries slightly more molybdenum for a marginal edge in pitting resistance; otherwise performance is identical to 316L, under tighter European quality standards.

Stainless Steel 304
The most affordable stainless grade — easy to form and weld, with good corrosion resistance in mild environments. It lacks the chloride resistance of 316L, so we reserve it for fashion and dress pieces that will never see the sea, where it offers excellent value at volume.

Titanium Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V)
An aerospace-grade alloy with 6% aluminium and 4% vanadium — significantly stronger and harder than Grade 2, holding finishes better and resisting surface scratching. The premium titanium upgrade, with aerospace heritage in the storytelling.

Molybdenum

Tantalum
One of the most exclusive case metals in watchmaking — a striking blue-grey colour and silky lustre unlike any other metal. Virtually immune to acid corrosion, biocompatible, and notoriously hard to machine, which keeps volumes low and exclusivity high.

Rolex Everose Gold
Rolex’s patented 18K rose gold, introduced 2005. A small platinum addition stops the copper from oxidising, so the warm pink colour holds indefinitely. The alloy that set the template for every proprietary gold that followed.
